Hello everyone! My name is Ms. Nieto and I am one of the Spanish teachers here at Hubbard High School. This will be my 4th year here at Hubbard! l was born and raised on the south side of Chicago, but it will always be lets go cubbies!

I have two bachelor's degrees in Spanish, Language, Literature and Civilization as well as Spanish Secondary Education from Saint Xavier University (SXU). I also have a master's degree in Spanish Literature and Culture and Latin American Studies from DePaul University. I am currently finalizing my doctoral degree in Higher Education Leadership at National Louis University (NLU) ... soon to be Dr. Nieto!

As you can tell, I am very dedicated and passionate about teaching Spanish, particularly the cultural aspects of the language. I look forward to a great school year! Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
