School-Based Dental Program for CPS students
Dental Exams - All 9th grade students must have a dental exam completed by a licensed dentist before May 15th of the school year. In partnership with the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH), CPS offers on-site, preventative dental services at no cost to ALL Pre-K-12th grade students. Schools are assigned a dentist or can be requested; for more information and dental resources view the Dental Services and Requirements letter.
