Introduction

Hi everyone! My name is Lourdes Bautista, and I’m thrilled to be your Integrated Math 2 teacher this year. I’m passionate about mathematics, and I’m excited to share that enthusiasm with you.

 

I graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de la Laguna (Torreón, Coahuila, México) with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and from the National Louis University with a license in teaching Mathematics and a Master's Degree in the Art of Teaching. I’ve been teaching happily at Hubbard High School for 24 years. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and listening to music, and I’m always eager to hear about your interests as well.

 

This year, we’ll dive into Integrated Math 2, and I’m looking forward to working together to make learning both fun and meaningful. My goal is to create a classroom environment where everyone feels safe, supported,  and inspired to reach their full potential.
