Dear Parents and Scholars,
On behalf of everyone at Hubbard High School and with great excitement, we welcome our Class of 2029 scholars to Hubbard High School. The first day of school is Monday, August 18, 2025. We look forward to cultivating strong relationships and ensuring that all of our scholars have a robust learning experience.
On August 13, 2025 we will hold our Freshmen Orientation. During orientation freshman scholars and guardians will come to school, meet some of our staff, administration, and take part in a presentation. You will also pay the school activity fee, purchase a P.E. uniform and take an ID picture. The schedule below is by last name alphabetically.
Orientation Times:
9:00 am until 11:00 am - A - K
12:00 pm until 2:00 pm L - Z
The Yearly Activity Fee for the upcoming school year is $100 per scholar. The Yearly Activity Fee is to ensure that your child has the proper equipment and materials to assure them a quality education here at Hubbard High School. Credit/debit card payments can be made on our website at any time through e-PAY. Cash and money order payments made payable to Hubbard High School will be accepted during orientation. Unfortunately, personal checks are NOT accepted. Ventra cards will begin being sold on the first day of school, August 18.

Registration Dates:
July 8th - 10th from 9:00am until 2:00pm
July 15th - 17th from 9:00am until 1:00pm
July 22nd - 24th from 9:00am until 12:30pm
If you registered at your elementary school for Hubbard, you do not need to come to Hubbard for registration.
Registration Information: Please bring the following documentation with you:
- Copy of the student’s Birth Certificate
- Copy of the parents’/legal guardians’ State ID or Driver’s License, must be up to date with current address
- Proof of legal guardianship is required for any adult registering the student, other than the parents listed on the birth certificate.
- Proof of residency - (Two of the following) Drivers license/State ID, utility bill with current address in name of the parent/legal guardian, MediCare/Medicaid card, W2 forms, Voter’s Registration Card or court documents. Rental lease contracts and/or payments are not accepted as proof of residency.
- Student’s Physical Examination and Immunization Record
- Physical exam should be no more than a year old
- Must meet all immunization requirements
- Physical and immunizations must be submitted not later than October 15.

Queridos Guardianes y estudiantes,
En nombre de todos en Hubbard High School y con gran entusiasmo, damos la bienvenida a nuestros estudiantes de la Clase 2028 a la Secundaria Hubbard. El primer día de clases es el lunes 18 de agosto del 2025 a las 8:00 a. m. Esperamos crear relaciones sólidas y garantizar que todos nuestros estudiantes tengan una experiencia de aprendizaje sólida.
El 13 de agosto de 2025 llevaremos a cabo nuestra Orientación para estudiantes de primer año. Durante la orientación, los estudiantes de primer año y sus tutores vendrán a la escuela, conocerán a algunos miembros de nuestro personal y la administración y participarán en una presentación. También pagaran las cuotas de la actividad escolar, compran el uniforme de educación física, y tomaran una fotografía de identificación. El horario a continuación está ordenado alfabéticamente por apellido.

- Examen físico y registro de vacunación del estudiante
- El examen físico no debe tener más de un año de antigüedad.
- Debe cumplir con todos los requisitos de vacunación.
