After reading the assigned horror short stories, it is now time for you to write your own. I have complied a list of topics to guide you in writing an effective horror story. Happy Writing!

You will then answer the questions on p.77. 1-5

Read the story carefully on p.37 and answer questions 1-6 on p. 43. You may answer the questions in the book, take a picture of your answers and upload on google classroom. You may write the summary-q.6 on p.42 of the book.

Foreshadowing. Consider the many examples of foreshadowing in Of Mice and Men.
1. What important actions and plot points are foreshadowed? Cite evidence and page numbers.
2. How does foreshadowing help us understand the important turning points in the novella? Cite evidence and page numbers.
3. Show how John Steinbeck explores the complex relationship between George and Lennie. Cite evidence- quotations, page numbers, etc.

Pick a scene from any chapter in the book. Use your imagination and visualize it. Illustrate that on paper.

3.. Illustrate specific qualities about this person
4. Tell stories about this person- particular incidents/episodes that reveal their good qualities
5. Show the influence that this person has had on your life- how has your life become better because of this person?
