SCS Parent Needs Survey
As a Sustainable Community School, we are dedicated to providing the best programs and supports for your children and family. To make sure we prioritize the right resources, we need your voice!

🌟 What to Expect:
Engaging Academic Support: Our experienced teachers will be on hand to provide additional assistance with challenging subjects and homework assignments. This is an excellent chance for students to get the one-on-one help they need to excel in their studies.
Snacks: We understand that learning can work up an appetite. So, we'll provide delicious snacks and refreshments to energize everyone throughout the morning.
Recommendations Welcome: Teachers are encouraged to recommend students who could benefit from the Saturday Academy to join. This is a valuable opportunity for students who want to improve their grades and academic skills.

| Important Announcement: Protecting Students at School |
In response to concerns about the increased presence of federal agents in Chicago, we want to assure all Hubbard families that the safety of our students is our top priority. Our school is a safe and welcoming place for all students to learn and grow.
Here's what you need to know about how we protect our students:
- We do not share student information with federal agents unless required by a court order.
- We do not ask for a family's immigration status.
- Federal agents are not allowed in our school without a criminal judicial warrant signed by a federal judge.
- If a student ever feels unsafe outside of school, they can always return to the building for help. Our doors are open from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Students who are concerned or upset can speak with our counseling staff or any trusted adult in the building for support.
