Class of 2028 Freshmen Registration & Orientation

Dear Parents and Scholars, 

On behalf of everyone at Hubbard High School and with great excitement, we welcome our Class of 2028  scholars to Hubbard High School. The first day of school is Monday, August 26, 2024.  We look forward to cultivating strong relationships and ensuring that all of our scholars have a robust learning experience. 

On June 25th we will hold our Freshmen Orientation. During orientation freshman scholars and guardians will come to school, meet some of our staff, administration, and take part in a  presentation. You will also pay the school activity fee, purchase a P.E. uniform and take an ID picture. The schedule below is by last name alphabetically.

Orientation Times:

8am until 9:30am - A thru D

9:30 am until 11:00 am - E thru I

11:00 am  until 12:30 pm - L thru P

12:30 pm until 2:00 pm - Q thru Z


The Yearly Activity Fee for the upcoming school year is $100 per scholar. The Yearly Activity Fee is to ensure that your child has the proper equipment and materials to assure them a quality education here at Hubbard High School. Credit/debit card payments can be made on our website at any time through e-PAY. Cash and money order payments made payable to Hubbard High School will be accepted during orientation. Unfortunately, personal checks are NOT accepted. Ventra cards will begin being sold on the first day of school, August 26.   


Registration Dates: 

June 3rd - 7th from 9:00am until 2:00pm

June 10th - 14th from 9:00am until 1:00pm 

July 9th - 11th from 9:00am until 12:30pm

July 16th - 18th from 9:00am until 12:30pm

July 23rd - 25th from 9:00am until 12:30pm

Registration Information: Please bring the following documentation with you: 

  1. Copy of the student’s Birth Certificate
  2. Copy of the parents’/legal guardians’ State ID or Driver’s License, must be up to date with current address
  3. Proof of legal guardianship is required for any adult registering the student, other than the parents listed on the birth certificate.
  4. Proof of residency - (Two of the following) Drivers license/State ID, utility bill with current address in name of the parent/legal guardian, MediCare/Medicaid card, W2 forms, Voter’s Registration Card or court documents.  Rental lease contracts and/or payments are not accepted as proof of residency.
  5. Student’s Physical Examination and Immunization Record
  • Physical exam should be no more than a year old
  • Must meet all immunization requirements
  • Physical and immunizations must be submitted not later than October 15.
