JROTC Rank Structure

As a cadet lead and cadet run program, we hold different forms of evaluations in order to find our most capable, determined, and motivated cadets. By doing so, they are given a leadership rank/ position in the regiment. This demonstrates that they are not only hard workers, but also ready to lead the underclassmen once the time comes. 

The evaluations begin as an LET I, or a freshman in the program. The cadet command sergeant major (or CCSM) works with the first sergeants to host the corporals board for their first promotion. After their freshman year, they have other leadership position opportunities they can receive at any time as long as they continue to show their leadership, motivation, and determination for the program.
