Athletic Director's Message

CPS sports programs provide all students—regardless of race, gender, or ethnicity—opportunities to develop physically, mentally, and emotionally in controlled, safe activities outside of the traditional classroom.

All students will need the following to participate in sports:

• Sports Physical Examination (completed by licensed medical personnel)  
• Player Record Packet (completed and signed by a parent or guardian)
