Online Athletic Registration

Welcome to Hubbard HS Online Athletic Registration!

To participate in athletics at Hubbard High School, all student-athletes must be registered and have a current and valid physical (within the last 12 months). 

To register please proceed down the page and use the registration steps listed below. Registration will remain open until all tryouts and seasons have begun, but you must be registered before attending any tryouts or practices.

Step 1: Create a New Account & Register

Hubbard now uses Arbiter Registration (formerly rSchool).

  • Accounts from the old rSchool platform do not carry over.
  • You must create a new Arbiter account for your family before registering.
  • Only one account per family is needed.
  • YOU DO NOT NEED TO CREATE A NEW ORGANIZATION. The organization is Hubbard.

Step 2: Complete Required Forms in Arbiter

During registration, parents/guardians and student-athletes will sign:

  • The Player Record Packet (signed once per year)
  • The IHSA Sports Medicine Acknowledgement & Consent Form
  • Other various forms to complete the registration process.

All registration forms must be completed electronically in Arbiter.

 

Step 3: Submit a Current Sports Physical

A valid physical must be:

  • Medically approved, signed, dated and stamped by a physician or medical professional
  • Dated within the last 13 months (Ex. A physical dated October 1, 2025 expires on November 1, 2026, making you ineligible to tryout)
  • Submit original physicals to the Hubbard Athletic Department (given to your coach or Athletic Director). You CAN NOT submit electronically.

Step 4: Pay Athletic Fees

  • Athletic fees are assigned if/when you make the roster and will be due by the first contest. 
  • The Hubbard Athletic fee ($50) and any additional team fees will be determined by coaches and added to your student account. Fees can be paid through your coach one week after final team rosters have been set or online using ePay (keep your receipt for verification).

 

Important Reminders

Students are not allowed to TRYOUT(or practice) until:

  • Registration is fully completed in Arbiter. 
  • A valid physical is on file, signed and dated within the last 13 months.  

Competition is withheld for the following reasons: 

  • Students must be passing 2.5 credits (5 classes) in order to compete in scheduled competition. 
  • If you just transferred to Hubbard during or after 9th grade, you must first be cleared by the IHSA before you can compete in any athletics. Please contact the Athletic Director to begin this process.
